If the product is defective and or missing, please be sure to email us regarding the situation. Please provide your receipt and evidence as well and we will give you back a full refund. Although we can no longer give you a refund once 30 days have passed after you have received your product.
Track Your Order 🚚
Once you have made your purchase, it will take 1-2 days to process your payments. Then, your product will be processed by our suppliers awaiting shipment. After that, your product will be shipped for delivery at your address. You will receive a tracking number once the product is on its way for delivery. You can use the tracking number in the "Track Your Order" page to track your order. It may take a couple of days until the tracking number will be integrated into the carrier system. If your tracking number does not work, please email us.
